Bringing Kingdom Living Now!
Outback Farm-Stay with a Christian
“Spirit Filled” Community
“Kingsholme is a place where you are invited to encounter the presence of God and experience the realities of heaven. We do this by preaching the good news, training, discipleship, facilitating prayer and worship and providing a place of peace and rest.”
Plenty to do at Kingsholme
We have guests from all over the world stay at Kingsholme. We have locals who come up regularly and join in with our worship nights or get involved with some of the ministry work we do. We have individuals, couples and groups of all sizes. Sometimes we are leading groups and other times the group have their own teams.
Fancy a swim or take a long walk?
The lake with its jetty is pretty popular with the young people. There are canoes available and we even have two Swan shaped paddle boats. There are 212 acres of farm to explore so plenty of space to hike or watch the local wildlife!
Kingsholme is a working farm so we do have animals on the property. At different times of the year we do things like hay bailing and love a night time bonfire.
We love to get together with people. Each week we have our own worship night and others come along and join in. Other times we have groups with their own music team so we join in with them!
Kingsholme uses its venue to run events for the wider Christian community. We are a non-denominational resource and welcome new ideas and would love to see you at our next event. Even better, join us as an event team member!
Dorm Rooms, Cottage Retreats,
Tent and Van Sites
Plenty of room to park up, choose a place to sleep and enjoy an over night stay or enjoy up to three weeks on the farm.
Clean and affordable accommodation in a Christian environment. Prayer, worship and the natural peace of such a beautiful property.
Kingsholme is in a central location, ideal for a home base if you want to set up camp and go out for the day seeing the beautiful and exciting Island of Tasmania
There are dead trees to be cleared and cut up for fire wood. The families that live on the farm and the centre all have wood fires so it is always appreciated.
All of the houses are made of wood and the old Oste House has need of people with real carpentry skills!
We have been doing some major upgrades to the old buildings on the farm so if you can pick up a brush we can give you some paint.
LWe are looking for a full time volunteer farming couple to join our team. We could also do with one or two farm hands. See our volunteers section for more info.
We would love to see you at our next event!
